Today is a beautiful day outside, very cold it is 26 degrees and temperature is going to fall from there, I think it was 33 this morning when I awoke at 5:30.  I am doing great on my menu this week and sticking to things, has helped alot in the kitchen knowing what we are having ahead of time and not going in their and just looking around and wondering what we are going to have.
